As we work through the language of energy dynamics, you’ll have the opportunity to express yourself, talk about your caregiving journey and release any pent-up frustrations and emotions.
Finding clarity
Now you'll get clear on what is important to you, and learn how to overcome obstacles getting in your way of balancing caregiving and your own life.
Action plan
Develop a clear, practical step by step plan to achieve your goals and get control of your life.
Once you have a plan you believe in, you'll take some time to look back on your journey, as you integrate newfound insights, and prepare for the future with a newfound confidence.
Expect this programme to take between 2 to 4 months to complete, but it’s up to you how fast you move.
